WE ARE GOING GREEN
Personally Yours Fitness is “going green” this summer. We are offering group nutrition and fitness classes at area parks. Each session includes a 30 minute nutrition lecture and a 30 minute exercise session.
ADVANTAGES OF GOING GREEN
Much cleaner and healthier air compared to clubs. Health clubs promote mold and allergies due to limited ventilation.
NO HARMFUL CHEMICALS:
The cleaning products that gyms use fall within the “pesticides” classification and regulated by the EPA.
Being outdoors saves electricity with ultimately affects global warming..
