Personally Yours Fitness was started in 1997 by Joanne McGinty. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer. Joanne has a second certification in Lifestyle and Weight Management which qualifies her to work with clients on nutrition and weight loss.
Joanne struggled with her weight since childhood and finally attained her goal weight through behavioral changes, exercise, and proper nutrition. She lost 48lbs on Weight Watchers and has maintained her weight for 13+ years. She currently teaches proper nutrition and weight management classes for Weight Watchers.
